Purchased a ford fiesta ST 2015. Ali was very helpful and professional through out the process. One month later I had an issue with the coolant tank and pipe. Just one of those things when dealing with a car 8 years old etc. I contacted Ali who honoured the warranty policy even though I could not make the trip from Essex because of the work being done on the car. He was honest and paid for the repairs within 1 day when I sent over the invoice. Really efficient and good service!

I had a very good experience when dealing with AA Automotive. When I initially bought the car, there was various problems. However, Ali instantly reassured me that he would resolve all the problems with the car the next day. They are a very profesional and friendly business.

Exceptional service provide by AA Auto motives. Recently purchased a car from these guys they were happy to answer all my questions and even after I purchased the car they were happy to assist me with anything else I needed help with. Super happy customer would recommend to friends and family.

We had an awful experience today with A. A AUTOMOTIVE. If dissapointment is what you are looking for than look no further. We booked to come view a jeep renegade for around 1oclock on the day traveled almost 200 miles and just before arriving the agent had a cheek to message us to say that he just sold, the car to someone else. Before committing to a 200 mile trip I explained the situation and he assured us he will keep the car for us. Absolute idiot. Wasted money petrol and a sunny day. I just checked the car and actually has outstanding finance so I feel sorry for the new owner. Avoid at all cost.

Have just purchased a Vauxhall Mokka and Ali the salesman couldn't have been anymore helpful. Wasn't at all pushy in getting us to buy the car. Helped us through all the paperwork which was quickly and easily done via the computer. Even arranged 5 days insurance as we were unable to get hold of our insurers. Highly recommend.

Sold a CatN car. Expected accident repairs to be completed. Took car to independent garage to check. Wheels not balanced. Unable to fix so I returned to aaautomitive. They said they would complete the repair. When they gave back the car, I took it to a garage to check and it was still faulty. I went back to aaautomotive. They took the car again. After the 3rd I asked for a refund. Aaatomotive refused me a full refund because of the repair expenses. I wasted time trying to get it fixed. 30 days starts from when the car in good repair is in my possession. It was never in good repair.

I bought Nissan Qashquai on 1st Oct 22 and this was my first car in the UK. Post purchase I realized the car was making noise when I drive window open, unfortunately I couldn't identify this during my purchase as the windows were closed when I test drove, I called up AA if they could fix it to which they refused to even acknowledge and assist. AA also promised to take care of ownership transfer, however its been 4 weeks and I'm yet to receive my log book, AA says you need to check with post office.
